A Tale of Two Cities

This is a brief comparison of two cities. New Orleans and Singapore. They are similar in the fact that they are similar in size, the population is multi-cultural and they both have strong maritime industries. They have both had recent opportunities to transform themselves. Singapore with their independence in August 1965 and New Orleans in 2005 with hurricane Katrina. Singapore's leaders' strong vision transformed the country into a world economic power.
