A Tale of Love

When we are faced with a situation so big and so overwhelming it is difficult to know what to do. The pattern of fight, flight or freeze comes into play and deciding which of these to listen to is tremendous. Hearing the story of someone who has traveled the journey and faced these situations can support us and help us move forward and navigate the rocky path.
