Romans 8:26 (NIV) “…The Spirit helps us in our weakness. We do not know what we ought to pray for, but the Spirit himself intercedes for us through wordless groans.” Not all prayer has to have words. Sometimes we just need to quiet ourselves before God. “Be still and know that I am God” (Psa 46:10). And just be cognizant that the Spirit of God is interceding for us even without words.
