A Season of Gratitude

As we quickly approach the Thanksgiving holiday here in the U.S., and kick off the winter holiday season, I’d like us all to take a moment to pause and reflect on all of the things we have ti be grateful for as well as how we exist in this world today. For this week’s episode, I invite you all to join me in a practice of gratitude, and a series of mindfulness exercises.
