I came on this podcast and was impressed with the interviewer in she interviewed. she actually does interviews instead of mainly talking about herself as some other podcasts do. One of the things that I really like is that she asks how people came to whatever gifts that they've gotten. instead of yes no questions, her questions are open-ended so the person being interviewed can explain fully their subject or whatever it is they're talking about. I really really like this podcast. it's one of the best I found so far.

Thank you, Nichole and Kim for this episode. I have been living as a lost and confused soul up until now not knowing what to do with myself or even what direction I wanted to head in. After hearing this episode today, I realize that I'm already traveling in the direction that was meant for me and it's okay that I don't know exactly what I will be doing in the future. everything as we know it is changing. " out with the old and in with the new" , so anything I was going to do or would have done would have been built on out dated infirmation , education, etc. Also, I've had anxiety since my first memories and was diagnosed at 18 months old with generalized anxiety. So, growing up it made me feel like I was broken or flawed and I couldn't understand why I had to feel the way I felt. I mean the feeling was almost unbearable at times. in fact, it was many times and I thought I would never be normal..Ever. Now hearing Kim talk about it today just made all those false beliefs melt away. I will say over the last 8 years, on some deeper level, I've known in my heart that my anxiety was something effecting me energetically. However until today, I had refused to believe it. The episode today gave me the confirmation, or maybe the validation I needed to hear in order to snap me out of believing in some archaic belief system that was truly holding me down. So, I thank you both for the episode today and every other day. Your changing lives. GUHP Speed.
On a side note, today was a great reminder of the biggest lesson I've learned so far in this lifetime....Never second guess yourself!
