A Light of Life

Motherhood is not something one can capture into a sentence. It's an indescribable and profound experience. Olivia shares her journey into motherhood: how her newborn son has been a light in her life, and how the experience has created more presence and connection for her, among other things. We also talk about how she cultivates agency for herself by having more courage and compassion. She reminds us it is a revolution for a woman to “exist as she is.”
