Meet Paula, a survivor of the Hillsborough disaster, which is one of the darkest days in football history. In 1989, at the FA Cup semi-final, 97 Liverpool fans unfortunately lost their lives due to a deadly crowd crush at Hillsborough Stadium in Sheffield.

Paula recounts the experience first-hand and the dramatic effect this has had on her life, from being a Liverpool season ticket holder to not being able to attend a game because of the lasting effects of the event.
