    Have you ever been sailing through a beautiful morning—productive, joyful, full of light—when suddenly, your mood shifts? No warning, no explanation… just off?

    It’s confusing. Ten minutes ago, you were doing great. So what happened?

    As women, we live with many dynamic factors—sleep, hormones, responsibilities—but today, I want to talk about something subtler and often overlooked: frequencies and the energy around us.

    I like to imagine we’re living in an energy aquarium. Everything carries a frequency—the people near us, the thoughts we entertain, the devices we use, the food we eat, even the fabrics we wear. And when our mood suddenly drops, it might not be our energy that caused it.

    Thanks to Nick Ortner and The Tapping Solution for helping us understand this better: our nervous system is always reading the room. It may absorb the stress, frustration, or sadness of someone nearby—your partner, your child, even the stranger next to you in line. When this happens, ask yourself, “Is this mine?”

    If it’s not, don’t worry. You have the power to shift. In a Creator-based® way, we use mindful intention to create energetic boundaries. Picture handing their energy back with compassion, then gently placing a loving space between you. Let your energy be yours.

    The same goes for physical discomfort—headaches, fatigue, back pain—that shows up after a conversation or crowded event. Your body might be mirroring someone else’s experience. Again: pause. Breathe. Center. Ask, “Is this mine?” And if it isn’t, breathe light and truth into it and release it with love.

    You are not called to carry others—you are called to connect with your Creator. Let His light and truth flow through you. That’s where your strength lies. You don’t have to generate all the hope. Simply allow it to flow.

    So next time you feel overwhelmed, drained, or scattered, remember: you can choose what energy to take in. Visualize your Creator-centered shield. Ground yourself. Call in light and clarity.
