WELCOME BACK!! Hello everyone and welcome back to another episode of A Brand New Take!! This week we dive into a hot (or not so hot) take of the moments where things just aren't what we want them to be. And it's as simple as that. No rhyme no reason, this is just not it and that's okay. That moment is not forever, but we are ALLOWED to sit in it. We're allowed to feel those feelings. Allowed to be upset. Through all that, there's only two questions that come to mind;

How long will you let yourself sit in it?

What needs to change for that feeling, situation, or circumstance to not happen again?

All up to you and that's the beauty of this space, the only right answer is what works for you, and helps you become a truer, better version of yourself.
