A Better Covenant

The central theme of the Book of Hebrews is the supremacy of Jesus Christ over all Old Testament figures and systems, even the Old Covenant itself. Jesus offers a superior rest, assurance, faith, and life. Ultimately, He is revealed as the founder and perfecter of our faith, the fulfillment of everything the Old Testament pointed toward.
