Diana is the founder and host of the Healing Birth Podcast and today she shares with us the wisdom, teachings, and advice she’s gleaned after listening to hundreds of birth stories over the past five years from women all over the world.

She also shares her own healing journey after a traumatic cesarean birth with her first child to a beautiful, autonomous, VBAC birth with her second.

We dive deeper into VBAC and why over 20% of c-sections are actually unnecessary, overcoming mental hurdles in pregnancy and birth, and also touch on Diana’s history working in the health insurance industry and what she learned about the western medical system (hint - it’s the system that is broken, not you).
