9. Building a Relationship with Ourselves

The longest relationship we will ever have in this life is the relationship that we have with ourselves. Despite constantly being told to get to know ourselves, there aren't very many conversations of how to do that, at least not that I have heard. In this episode I discuss ways to connect to ourselves more deeply, and how to build on whatever practice you currently have.
