This one is for those of you with babies/toddlers already eating solids. With solid foods comes, well, solid poops. Sometimes too solid. If you've noticed your LO hasn't pooped in a while or is really struggling with poops, there are a couple of reasons they might be constipated.
Constipation can also cause other problems… Maybe they are refusing or avoiding the potty entirely. Maybe they're particularly irritable or clingy because of discomfort. Today we take a look at possible causes, as well as some things you can try to help ease that constipation!
