I emphasize that instead of chasing these external validations, we should focus on becoming the person who embodies those goals. Chasing often stems from a place of lack, where we seek external validation to feel worthy. I share stories of individuals who achieved their goals only to find that they still felt unfulfilled, highlighting the importance of internal validation.

Throughout the episode, I explore leading from identity rather than chasing lack. I discuss how our nervous systems can become anxious when we feel we are not enough, leading to a constant state of seeking safety and validation. I encourage listeners to reflect on their definitions of success and safety and how these beliefs shape their actions.
