fascinating

a lot of great viewpoints on the CA homeless/drug problem. really wish the topic of splitting CA up into multiple states was brought up. i forget when that idea was floated around, but it seemed like a good idea with how CA has so much population in select cities that all the funding and representation goes to them and thus neglects other areas like the northern half.
