In this episode, I want to share the journey of writing a book. It's a dream for many, with 81% of people expressing a desire to write a book, yet fewer than 1% actually follow through and publish one. I want to challenge you to consider whether you want to be part of the 99% who never take that leap or join the less than 1% who do.

Throughout the episode, I explore the common fears and beliefs that hold aspiring authors back. Many struggle with feelings of inadequacy, fearing that their stories aren't significant enough or that they might hurt others. I emphasize that these fears often stem from a subconscious desire for safety and protection from exposure.
