Hi mama,
In this episode, we talk about the mental fog so many stay-at-home moms carry. “Mom brain” is real, but so are the added layers of constant phone use, multitasking, lack of rest, and never slowing down. Over time, the clutter in our schedules becomes clutter in our minds and spirits.
Instead of shame, this is an invitation to acknowledge what’s not working, forgive yourself, and bring it to God.
If you’re feeling overwhelmed or foggy, you’re not failing. You may just need to mend some fences and invite God back into the center of your day.
