#83 - The world is a mirror: healing for global transformation

The world is our mirror, reflecting back our inner states of consciousness.

The Dalai Lama said “we'll never see peace in the outer world until we have peace within ourselves”

So as we face rising global unrest, one of the most powerful things we can do is continue not only to show up and take the actions we are called to take to contribute to change, but do the inner work to embody the peace we want to see in the world.

In this episode, I share about that time I googled for ‘spiritual psychic help’ and the surprising life-changing revelation it revealed that changed my life.

It helped me understand how each of us taking radical responsibility and doing our inner healing forms a critical part of our healing our world.
