This week's guest is... Me.

I ran a 100 mile race earlier this month. I tried to give my most honest reflection on that entire experience.

In the episode, I detail the physical and mental challenges I faced throughout the race. I discuss the preparation leading up to the event, the struggles during the race, and the recovery process afterward. I try to emphasize the importance and testing of mental strength, presence, and perseverance in overcoming obstacles, both in running and in life.
