#8: Managing Overthinking And Personal Expectations In University (Monthly Reviews 1: Nov 2021)

In this episode, we go over certain challenges we face midway through our first semester of university, starting with Joel sharing his personal issues with overthinking and managing his expectations of himself in school while Ryan shares several methods that are helping him cope with his personal issues as well.
