8. Let's Talk About Situationships

I have noticed that situationship stories continue to be on the rise, and that we live in an era of non committal connections and where emotional unavailability is revered. Does it have to be that way though? Are we doomed to fearing connection with others and continuing emotionally tumultuous cycles? How do situationship dynamics affect other relationships in our lives and how do these dynamics affect the relationship we have with ourselves?

These are just some of the questions I try to answer in this episode, by providing food for thought and just speaking from personal experiences and perspectives.
