72. I am Back! Quick Summer Update and a Conversation on Healing and Grieving

I am so happy to be back on the mic! After a little summer hiatus, I am now in full swing. In today's episode, I give you a quick update on summer and what I have been up to. I then go deeper into a conversation around healing.

I haven't spoken much about my grieving process post the loss of my niece in January 24' - but I feel it's important to do so in order to show up authentically. It has been heavy on my heart and it may connect with someone who needs to hear it.

Healing is so important on our journeys and I don't want us to forget it. And this is healing in whatever experience is still lingering in your heart and soul.
