Veronica cracks the code to shrinking Rose but decides to wait for Ethan’s return to tell her. Ethan has a premonition about Rose’s crush on him. Mr. Neiderman and Prof. Von Rhinehart introduce Rose to city council. Her parents rush in and cause a scene.
