In this episode we look at role models. As we get older, we may feel like we have figured out our place in the world and understand how the world works. Because we feel like we have figured out how the world works, we no longer look to others for inspiration and we shut off any chance of progress, growth and development. In constantly keeping an open mind, maintaining curiosity and admitting to ourselves that we do not have all the answers, we can put the ego to one side and open up the possibility of growth, change and development.
