This Mindful Monday practice invites you to slow down and reconnect with your body — especially if you’ve noticed tension, overthinking, or emotional guarding in your relationships.
Survival doesn’t always look loud.
Sometimes it looks like bracing, scanning, holding your breath, or feeling tense even when nothing is “wrong.”
In this short, guided mindfulness practice, we explore how the nervous system carries relational patterns, how self-worth lives in the body, and how awareness can begin to create a sense of safety from the inside out.
This is not about fixing yourself.
It’s about noticing, softening, and learning to feel safe enough to be present.

• Connect to your breath as a source of regulation
• Bring compassionate awareness to relational triggers
• Practice grounding into self-worth and safety
