55. Another Ramble on Self Care.

This week, rather than having a particular intention I thought I would just do a quick ramble on Self Care. As previously, self care when things get tough. It has been a particularly rocky 6 months or so and that makes it extremely difficult at times to mentally reground and move forwards. So today, I thought I would ramble a bit on that and where it has taken me, and the little moments of self care I have introduced as a consequence.
