Sean the TA guy, he's an Agency Recruiter, Turned Internal Recruiter, Turned TikTok phenomenon... He came in very strong, so word of warning this episode starts quick...
He hit us with a gift of matching T's as soon as we sat down, so the first 5 minutes of this pod is a lot of faffing and laughing and there's not a lot of speaking....
Anyway, this episode was a belter, quick word of warning, there's a few edgy stories in here so we have had to take out a few names but on the whole this episode was a good laugh from start to finish...It was a pleasure to interview the 'Recruitment Industries Joe Wilkinson'
