Regina Dawn Akers shares current insights into her writings published as Out of the Stillness. This book was written as a personal journal over 8½ years as she contemplated quotes from spiritual masters and practiced the insights she realized. The quotes Regina contemplated were collected by Michael Langford and published in his book The Seven Steps to Awakening. Both books are used in this program.
In this episode, Regina invited participants to share their experience with playing the Awakening Game from episode #51. After the discussion and sharing, she went on to examine quotes #422 and #423. She started the examination and discussion of quote #424.
