Regina Dawn Akers shares current insights into her writings published as Out of the Stillness. This book was written as a personal journal over 8½ years as she contemplated quotes from spiritual masters and practiced the insights she realized. The quotes Regina contemplated were collected by Michael Langford and published in his book The Seven Steps to Awakening. Both books are used in this program.
In this episode, Regina completes the contemplation and discussion of quote #419 that was started in episode #50. She then goes on to discuss quotes #420. She also offered a new Awakening Game: "See if you can catch knowing before the mind knows."
