Values are the glue that hold your company together. In this episode (#69), I drop five non-negotiable values that I look to incorporate in every business that I build or buy. These mandatory principles include:

#1: Prioritize yourself but care for others as if they were you.

#2: Only accept wins gained through total transparency and truth. 

#3: Our strength and discipline cannot be questioned.

#4: We go against the grain and think outside the box.

#5: We leave ego at the door... this is an idea meritocracy.

I also explain how to craft values that team members actually take seriously and want to spread throughout your organization. Values should be the lifeblood that powers your business, not some sappy sticker you plaster on the wall to look good when clients stop in the office.
