  • Fam! It was a pleasure reading all of your emails with your theme and stories from 2023. I've selected three to share on the final episode of the season.

    The Feels is officially 3 years old now. Thank you for 3 amazing years. The goal of the podcast was first to create a space to heal, over time it turned into a space to empower. Without this community, it could not have done either.

    I leave you with this reminder: Any desire you have was made for you. If you weren't "allowed" to have it, you would not have the desire for it in the first place. Follow the feeling and let it guide you.
