Thank you. You verbalized and narrated this so well in parallel to my own work experience. I have watched the millennial generation come into workplace and be coddled. Human Resource representative had a mom show up with daughter for an interview and expected to be included in the interview.

I was also cancelled within my own career and blackballed because of my own core beliefs and conscience. We were given annual anonymous company surveys which were mandatory to complete. I would answer the surveys honestly. They were not anonymous and used to weed people out. I watched so many people turn their back on their faith and conscience in place of career advancement. I was told to play the game which was a lie.

I worked so hard, but I cannot comfortably live a lie in toxic workplace and culture.

Thank you.
