Has motherhood turned your life upside down? Are you drained, exhausted and overwhelmed from constantly being needed? Do you need a way to restore your routines and priorities in daily life? If so, you’re in the right place. Hi Beautiful, I’m Cheryl — wife, girl mom, aspiring SAHM, and Jesus follower. I learned the not-so-secret ways to become the mom my girls needed by prioritizing Jesus, finding routines that worked, rejecting mom guilt when I failed, and learning what self‑esteem really is. This podcast is for moms who want Biblical encouragement and real‑life devotions. If you’re ready to build faith while washing dishes, become the mom you hoped you’d be, and love yourself the way your babies do — grab your earbuds and lock the bathroom door for a minute alone. It’s Time for Mom. On January 20, 2026 at 1:00 pm PST – 2:00 pm MST – 3:00 pm CST – 4:00 pm EST (Pick your time zone!), I will be hosting a free Time for Mom Breakthrough Workshop! We will walk through simple ways for you to: Stay rooted Christ without the mom guilt. Find joy in serving your family Maybe even find time for yourself when it seems like everyone needs something from you. If Motherhood turned your life upside down, this workshop is for you! In this episode, I’m sharing 6 ways to overcome that mommy burnout so you can start thriving in motherhood. Adjust your expectations. Keep trying. Give yourself some grace. Your child is doing this life thing for the first time, and so are you. You are both going to mess up, and when you do, you have to try again. You will need to nap too. Take care of you. You are so important to your family, your husband and your kids. If you neglect yourself, eventually your physical mental and spiritual health will crumble. And when that happens, you won't be able to be a mom, you'll be a basket case. Remember your marriage. Your kids need a father just as much as they need you. You need your spouse and he needs you.
