Today we honor the endings of 2022 as we reflect on this year.
Often we think of a new year as time to bring in the new. We cant bring in the new if we haven't allowed closure and proper ending to our struggles and gains.
Join me with a journal, open mind and heart and lets get authentic with 2022.
Inside of this podcast you will find a self-care practice geared towards allowing reflections and bringing awareness to what needs to end and let go of. As we honor endings we make space for what 2023 will bring.
