42: Give Yourself the Gift of Communication for the Holiday's

Hello My Lovely Lights!

How is it the second week of December? Whether we want to admit it or not the holidays are here and there is a lot spiraling around.

What if this holiday season we gave ourselves a gift? No a physical gift because those fade away. I am talking about giving ourselves the gift of communication, clear communication. This means communicating what it is you need or want. Often we wait for people to save or rescue us from our despair.

But the only person who can help us is ourselves. When we begin noting our inner talk and what is happening inside of our bodies is when we can notice what direction our inner-voice has been leading us.

In todays episode I share how we can choose to be clear communicators by re routing our thoughts. As we begin thinking new thoughts we start feeling differently. ANd when we feel different our life begins shifting. Its a matter of taking back the power of your mind.
