41: Inner Judgment, Peace and How to Winter

Hello Beautiful Soul Sisters!

How is December already here? It is and we are showing up for it all! Especially when it comes to inner judgment and noticing how toxic it can be for our health, mindset and life. These moments of inner judgment we must become aware and choose again. Its one thing to judge ourselves but to stay stuck in our own voice its time to make a shift.

The holidays can bring an array of mixed emotions and thoughts, today I share a practice that will lead up towards or into inner-peace.

I also share how we can change with the seasons and embrace the wintering within ourselves.
