#401 Mark Kildea from Howard de Walden Estate: Building a Home for Healthtech Innovators

This week, James is joined by Mark Kildea, CEO of The Howard de Walden Estate (HdWE). Mark joined HdWE as Finance Director in July 2011 and became Chief Executive in September 2020. He leads and sets the strategy for the business, focusing on the strength of its location, the diversified portfolio, family ownership and long-term investment horizon. He is a member of the Executive Team responsible for people and sustainability.
In partnership with Spacemade, HdWE officially opened Hale House, its new state-of-the-art Healthtech development, in April. Located in the Harley Street Health District, Hale House is a highly dynamic space, designed to cultivate innovation, encourage collaboration, and drive solutions to improve healthcare.
