Every day I gave myself a minimum baseline of five minutes because that is doable. And that is achievable. I can go outside and walk for five minutes a day, no matter what. I can do that. And most days, I go way longer than that.

And so I'm developing trust in myself and belief in myself that I do what I say. I will do for myself. And that is what we're talking about today in the podcast.

Self confidence so much of our goals and dreams are created from belief in ourselves, from the confidence we have in ourselves. And so I think today this episode is so important and has so much great content that I am so excited to share with you.
