We're able to contribute our best when we know two things about ourselves: 1.) who we are and 2.) what we were put on this planet to do.
But so often we don’t get there because of the stuff in our past holding us back.
Healing happens when our honesty meets God’s compassion. Which means we cannot heal what we refuse to feel.
And if we took a minute to get real honest with ourselves, there’s probably a little healing that needs to happen with words that were spoken and labels put on us at some point in our lives.
Because words spoken to us help generate our thoughts…and our thoughts become our beliefs and decisions.
