#33 - Steve Paraboschi: Intrapreneurship, Leadership, Corporate Culture, Rentention, and Job Satisfaction

Steve Paraboschi joined International Medical Group (IMG®) in 2017 as Executive Vice President. In January of 2020, Steve became President of IMG and was later appointed to his current role as President and CEO in August of 2021.

With more than 30 years of broad financial services industry experience, Steve is proactive and deliberate with IMG’s strategic planning and operational success in the international health insurance, travel insurance, and assistance services markets. He has a successful track record of developing business strategies that drive top-line/bottom-line growth and supporting a dynamic environment of teamwork and employee development. He is responsible for leading the enterprise forward with a focus on innovation and success in IMG's key growth segments.

Steve began his career in the investment banking, brokerage, and trust/custody banking subsegments of the financial services industry with stops at Cowen, ADP, Bankers Trust, and Deutsche Bank, before transitioning to the insurance subsegment in 2000. At MetLife, he served in numerous leadership roles, then spent several years at AXA Assistance USA as the Vice President of Global Healthcare and Travel Services and then as the CEO of the U.S. business.

Steve has a B.A. in Economics from Rutgers University and an MBA in Corporate Finance from Fairleigh Dickinson University.
