327 – The Blessing of Being Hungry and Thirsty for Righteousness

327 – What are you most hungry and thirsty for?

What do you want more than anything else in the world? To be successful, to have a great job and make lots of money, to have a loving family and good friends?

Do you want to have a lot of power and influence? Do you want to make a difference in the world and help people who are less fortunate than you?

Maybe a better question is: What does God want you to do more than anything else? You may already have an answer for that and be working in that direction.

But lots of folks these days are preoccupied with trying to get what they want and do what they want, without really thinking about what God wants them to do with their lives.

Then there are those folks who have all the outward signs of success but there’s still a hunger for something more meaningful, something more substantial. It’s a hunger that can only be satisfied by things of the Spirit.

In this episode, we’re going to talk about

• What it means to be hungry for spirituality
• How this kind of hunger can be satisfied
• The blessing that comes as a result

What happens when you experience and are filled with the righteousness of God? You can’t keep it to yourself. You will be blessed and your light will shine and become a blessing to everyone you come in contact with.
