Heyheyhey!

Bit late but Happy 2023! Wishing nothing but a memorable one for all of you truly. 

I did record this on the 3rd of Jan, but this month projected some left over pizzaz from 2022 that I had to pizzaz it all back to 2022. 

I know it's definitely been a while since the last episode, that is something I discuss in today's episode. As well as discussions around 2022, the issues around mental health professionals, some of the challenges and issues I personally faced in 2022 like feeling purposeless, feeling nothingness, immense and deep anxiety of what I'm doing with my life, who I am. 2022 really was a hard hitter so I truly manifest a beautiful 2023 for us all.
