So I've gone from your meat-eating, protein-aholic carnivore to living primarily plant-based now. Not entirely, but primarily. Not only have I eliminated all processed foods from my diet, but now I eat almost entirely plant-based. Now don't get me wrong, I believe in life balance and no, I will not give up cheese, and yes, I like a good cheat meal every now and then, but 90% of the time I prefer plant-based foods. Yes, ME. And trust me, I'm the most shocked out of anyone, especially now that I crave plant-based meals. I don't consider myself vegan or vegetarian, but I am more conscious of what I consume because I've never felt better and I want that for you too.
