Joining Alicia Garcia and Ryan on a 2A Tuesday, lawyer William Kirk of Washington Gun Law to discuss the legal implications of Colorado's various gun-grab bills and access restrictions for law-abiding gun owners. Kirk attended a protest rally on the steps of the capitol in Denver on Monday with Alicia as three bills were being heard at the General Assembly.
Also, Alicia and Ryan reflect upon Justice Neil Gorsuch's epic line of questioning in oral arguments for U.S. v. Hemani, in which the government is attempting to prohibit 'unlawful users' of drugs or those 'addicted to any controlled substance' from possessing a firearm. Justice Gorsuch cites the 'habitual drunkard' standard, for which many of our Founding Fathers would have fit the definition.
