Very interesting take on the restaurant industry

I hope the industry does not run out of gas and fail as it’s discussed in this podcast. The person that Mike interviewed has a very good take on it, and a very viable solution that restaurant owners need to take the heart. We are the indirect product of the restaurant industry. If it fails, we will be very unhappy when our favorite restaurant is not available anymore.
