Listen in this week as Jill shares the unexpected origins of the podcast which is now ranked in the top 100 podcasts in the highly competitive "Entrepreneurship" category on Apple Podcasts!

Jill highlights how her podcast is considered a "spiritual" podcast, with an underlying current of connecting to one's inner truth and intuition, despite discussing topics like competing as women and dealing with trauma. She reflects on her very engaged, "sticky" audience that listens from start to finish each week, recognizing that Be YOU listeners have very much become a community.

Jill also reflects on how she used to obsess over download numbers and metrics until realizing that focusing on those who aren't listening takes away from fully appreciating those who are. She now instead measures the podcast's success by how much joy, inspiration and transformation it brings to her listeners! She also gets vulnerable, sharing that there are times when she doesn't feel fully energized or present for an episode, but she chooses to show up authentically rather than strive for perfection.

You can also expect to hear Jill further discuss her upcoming Be YOU live event, sharing some of the lessons that she is learning through the planning process, even when things don't go as expected!
