We’ve all been there! But when your boss criticises your work, maybe they’re harsh and maybe that criticism feels unfair. It’s certainly frustrating and can make you feel terrible and less valued at work. But when does tough criticism cross the line into something illegal?

This is the subject of this week’s podcast, which aims to support you to ask the right questions, to establish whether you are facing discrimination, harassment or generally – bad behaviour from your manager.

It's our view, that the more you are able to acquaint yourself with your employment rights in this area, the more your rights will act as an early warning system, which you can use to spot bad treatment or illegal treatment that you may be suffering at work.
