#29 Landlord Lives: A look into the portfolio over the last month.

This episode I'll talk about the software that I use to make landlording more tolerable. I have a slew of properties needing attention this month, ranging from adding a tenant, possible eviction, lease renewal, pet addendum, and rowdy prospective tenants.
