#29 - Hire Fast, Fire slow

In this weeks episode i will be talking about recruiting and what we have done to acquire the amazing team we have! What of the biggest pain points in a business is staffing. Recruiting, interviewing, hiring, retaining, coaching and developing are all very difficult things to get right in a business. What i aim to do is not only get them right, but get them consistently right. I have been able to progress on this endeavor by experimenting, failing and succeeding.
