Tushar explores one of his key concepts for sustainable innovation, the 3 C's - Curiosity, Creativity, Clarity - in this conversation and how they are instrumental to generating sustainable innovations. Tushar, an alumnus of the University of Bradford, also explores how his time at the university was pivotal to his career with support from passionate mentors.
Tushar is the founder and CTO of EpitomiOne, a strategic business and IT management advisory consultancy and has worked in senior technology roles across major organiations including GE, Lockheed Martin, MetLife, and CSC. He holds over 30 years' experience in leading innovation and technology, is an adjunct faculty member at Johns Hopkins University and an alumnus of the University, where he completed both an MSc and a PhD in Computer Science and Control Engineering.
Prof. Vadim Grinevich is professor of entrepreneurship and small business innovation holding expertise in entrepreneurship, innovation and links between university and industry. His research develops inclusive approaches across industries, disciplines and different types of universities as well as digital enabled sustainable entrepreneurship.
